We are looking for a factory that can provide watch components in a combination that meets our requirements.

We combine watch parts and ship them to Japan based on the semi-order information of watches ordered in Japan. We would like to sell mainly quartz type watches, but mechanical watches are also eligible.
Possible parts to be combined are assumed to be case, dial (round, square, rectangular, etc.), belt (rubber, leather, metal, etc.), buckle, second hand, etc.
We would appreciate it if you could increase the variety of parts.
If it is difficult for your company to assemble the parts, we can have them mailed to another company's location in Japan and have them assembled by another company in Japan, but what would be most appreciated is for your company to assemble the parts based on the order information and ship them to us in Japan.
At the beginning of sales, we aim to sell 200 units per month for six months.
Once sales in Japan are on track, we would like to expand our sales channels to customers around the world.
We had interviewed about 3 or 4 companies in Hong Kong for details, but were frustrated by the response that we could not purchase the parts without securing a large number of lots for each part. The advantage of this project is that each customer can purchase an original wristwatch by freely combining multiple individual parts. Therefore, it would be very helpful if there is no minimum lot requirement, but we hope to work out the details in this area as well.
